Excellent food, amng the best you can find at the Red Sea. Only suggestion would be to have the plates warmed. Excellent service and friendly staff. Heated pool right at the hotel is just perfect. A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful

Everything was excellent - the service, staff, food quality, and guest satisfaction level.

They only start heating the pool at the beginning of December. The room furniture is a bit old, but it's sturdy and comfortable. The food variety is limited, but the quality is high.

Unforgettable experience. The general feel of the hotel is of class and elegance. We loved the location, the look and layout of the place, the decor and the live performances. The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. The courtesy of the gentleman at the front desk did make a very good impression and made us feel welcome.

Our favorite hotel in the city. We are frequent guests and we always choose golf when we need a calm and cozy place . The staff is very friendly and welcoming and also the manager is detailed oriented and friendly.

Awesome experience, will try to get there every month

Awesome experience for families with teens, exceptional professional services in a warm friendly, welcoming way. Food could not have been more delicious. You just need to know that the Golf hotel is not beach front, however we considered this as a plus for us, as the Grand hotel is crowded and noisy, and you can be transferred to Stella Grand beach free anytime in 5 mins.

Almost everything is perfect, to search for con, it is just a small thing which I already conveyed to the restaurant manager that the chairs are somewhat old. He then informed me that they are waiting for the new chairs to arrive, already ordered

Everything was really good, the room the golf area,the...

Everything was really good, the room the golf area,the garden and the variety of food and the most adorable thing was the pool view and its heater thats made it perfect for my little baby.

Very expensive and the policy of not allowing hijabi ladies for using the pools and, the mosquitos that are coming from the garden to the room ,too many snails in the garden and no activities or animation team.

The rate for 2 nights on the Bookng.com was 215 USD. On checkout, I was charged 274 USD. The explanation given by the receptionist was that the price displayed online does not include taxes. The paid WiFi was slow and unreliable and expired the first day. The location is far away from anything other than industrial area, oil refinery, and a cargo seaport.

passable will never come back

what I like is their willingness to make me stay because after I arrived I was disappointed and decided to leave, they offered me upgrade to a suite and I had to take it for two reasons: the first is that they were not willing to refund me my money for the coming nights cause I paid in advance and was told if you leave you will not take any refund and the 2nd is that the one who tried to convince me was so kind. it is a clean hotel, has a nice view for the golf course and a small lake, the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was acceptable but not comparable to any other 5 stars hotel I been to.

a very small swimming pool like a size of the one you can have in your own villa, so imagine guests from all room served only in that. they don't meet my reservation room at first they tried to put me in a twin room in ground floor although I reserved a double room with a view which is more expensive and when I refused they put me in another twin room in a storey floor and offered me when going out they will change the two beds in one bed , I see that is bothering, you have to give me what I reserved without this unprofessional debates, finally they upgraded me after I show disappointment and asked to leave. they said we can be served in any other hotel from the group, which is three hotels, one of them the sea club refused to serve us after we went by a golf car from ours, and the other hotel was the worst I ever have seen, very dirty pool, no serving at all regarding sitting and any snacks, no animation, very local , I tried to eat something and went to the cafeteria at the beach, table very dusty no one offered cleaning it and served us the worst pizza ever with a very high price. I returned back to my hotel which is the best compared to other but very quiet, no activities, small pool, no place to do anything just sitting to eat and waiting when to leave.
